Prudhoe West Academy Choir

Our school choir is a very happy place to be. Led by Mrs Falcus, choir has a mixture of ages, from children in Year 1 all the way up to Year 4, taking our total up to around 100! The children are so enthusiastic about coming to choir and spend two lunchtimes a week, every week, rehearsing. 

The choir love performing at local community venues, such as Hexham Hospital and homes for the elderly in Prudhoe, and also across the North East, including at Newcastle Arena, and  Rainton Meadows Arena. They have been crowned Metrocentre Choir of the Year on multiple occasions and were honoured to be asked to record the Intu Christmas Song in 2018.
